Focus Trapping

All modals and dialogs properly trap focus to prevent keyboard users from tabbing outside the active dialog.

ARIA Labels

Interactive components include appropriate ARIA labels, roles, and states for screen reader compatibility.

Color Contrast

Text and interactive elements maintain sufficient color contrast ratios in both light and dark modes.

Reduced Motion

Users who prefer reduced motion (via OS settings or our in-app toggle) see simplified animations that respect their preference.

Responsive Design

The site is fully responsive and works across screen sizes, from mobile devices to ultra-wide monitors.

All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked appropriately.

Dark Mode

🔧 Compatibility

ExMarket is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies: • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) • Screen magnification software • Speech recognition software • Keyboard-only navigation • Browser zoom up to 400% We test on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge — both desktop and mobile.

⚠️ Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas are still being improved: • Some third-party embedded content may not be fully accessible. • Complex interactive features (e.g., drag-and-drop photo reordering) have keyboard alternatives, but the experience may differ. • Map-based views may have limited screen reader support; list-based alternatives are always available. We actively work to identify and resolve accessibility issues.
